At what age could my son get his driving licence in order to drive my mobility car when I can’t drive, been told 16 & 17?

If your son is not disabled then there are no special provisions and the 17 age limit applies

Thanks, he is not disabled but hopefully he can drive me around when he is 17 then when I can’t.0

When he is 17 and passes his driving test he can become your nominated driver. There may well be certain restrictions due to his age and he will not be able to use your car for his own agenda

It wouldn’t be for him to use himself, just when I have times I can’t drive but still have hospital appointments etc.0

You will need to talk to Motability when the time comes
