my husband was my main carer and the main person who claimed for us and got income supprt for us both, however i get £109. taken out of my PIP every month because it was in my name and a debt we both owed from years ago.
today i went to CAB and they said they not allowed to take it out of that.
luckily i have found the origianl letter and so i can take it back to CAB on monday

It is good you have CAB working with you on this, they are best placed to advise you on this but I belive any recovery must be reasonable and this sounds a bit extreme
