Hiya  I'm new to the group.I suffer with fibromyalgia. And arthritis.
Wonderd if any help out there

    We really do have quite a lot of fibromyalgia and arthritis sufferers among our many members, so you can expect to find a lot of information here. Posts about fibromyalgia tend to be in the 'Invisible impairments' forum, https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/invisible-impairments, and the 'Dealing with chronic pain' forum https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/chronicpain, but you will probably find them among other threads too.     Hello  den66, There are a few people  in this group suffering from Fibromyalgia and Arhriitis. Including myself.  When did you have your diagnosis, recently or  are they long term standing complaints.

    I'e had fibro for 4 yes now.and arthritis 2 yrs..I've joined a gym to do gentle excerside and swim  it help..but if pool cold it' no help
