I have read a lot of your posts on this site and to me you have always come across as straight forward & tell it like it is. I have noticed that some people do not appreciate this approach but reality is reality. I would just like to say thank you for your input & to add that this has been invaluable. You have helped us to succeed because of your advice.

    i agree, straight and to the point. That’s definitely the best way.
    There are lots on here with vast knowledge and experience.

    I'm glad you agree.

    Maybe some of Mike's posts could be made as "sticky's"?

    Don't know if this is possible but I'm sure it would be of great help to many people.
