i Live near Tenby, Im caring for my Father and we both got some form of disabilities

    I'm going to say what I usually say to new members, which is that you have found a safe space here, you are among friends, and we are very glad to have you with us. Don't be shy of telling us anything or asking us anything which will help us to find ways to help you. You and your Dad matter.
