I have just had my pip decision letter and scored no points where do I go from here please x

    You need to ask for a Mandatory reconsideration, Citizen Advice have helpful info on their sight good luck

    Ok I will ring them Monday do I have to ask in writing? Or just ring and is this a form I have to complete?

    You should ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report first.
    Do get advice from CAB if possible but be aware that you only have a month from the date of your decision letter to request an MR
