I have lost my ESA but I am on jobseekers. Do you think I should go back on ESA.

Did you ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration? If you didn't when was the decision made on the ESA? and why didn't you ask for the MR?

            How do I get a MR. No0

When did you receive your decision letter ?
You have one monnth from the date on the letter to ring and or write to DWP to request an MR

you can't now ask for MR but if your condition has got worse or you have a new condition then you can reapply for ESA
Have a look at the B&W self test

I am having fitness for work assessment at the doctors.0

That is a good starting point. If your GP agrees that you are indeed unfit for work you should get a supporting letter to help with your claim
