Hello @Breanda and a very warm welcome to the community. Very glad you've found us, though sorry for your pain.
When you are ready - there's no hurry, no pressure - please tell us a little more about yourself and the effect of your condition on your life. The better we get to know you, the more easily we may find ways to help you.
I have seen some, but not many, posts about dystonia on here, but that does not at all mean that we cannot be useful to you. Have you by any chance had a look at the Dystonia Society https://www.dystonia.org.uk I just happened to come across it today whilst doing some research and they might also be able to offer you some help.
Very glad to meet you,
Warmest best wishes,
