I'm lucky to have an amazing employer who built role for me around my dis/ability and are fully understanding and supportive of my needs.
They would love me to be able to increase my hours but my medical team already say I am too ill to work and will not sanction an increase in hours, they would prefer me to reduce my hours but I need to work to feel useful and as if I am contributing and not just taking from society.2 -
