pip backpayment

hi guys, good news is i won my pip tribunal on 27th march, im yet to receive my backpayment back to 5 july 17 but i just wondered what happens when pip rates change before backpay is given? will i get the full amount in the new pip rates or will it be old rates until it changed then 3 weeks of new rates? thank you
