Hello @maya and a warn welcome to the community. Good to have you with us.
I'm not at all familiar with the Euromed Rehabilitation Centre, I'm afraid, but some of our other members may be. Bear with us and I am sure some will get back to you.
In the meantime I am going to tag in a gentleman who knows about most things CP, in the hope that he may be able to help you.
Tagging @Richard_Scope
Warmest best wishes to you and to your son,

Hello @maya
Good to meet with you!
I am not familiar with the Euromed Rehabilitation Centre in Poland but as @JennysDad has mentioned some of our members may have some experience of it.
I can direct you to https://www.bobath.org.uk/ here in the U.K. They are a charity dedicated to supporting children and families living with cerebral palsy and similar neurological conditions.
Their team of physiotherapists, occupational and speech & language therapists focus almost exclusively on cerebral palsy and so have a comprehensive understanding of the condition, in all its complex and various forms.
I hope that is helpful.
Stay in touch.
