A quick search did not bring up much on ME/CFS but that could be down either to me or to the search engine As I rather expected, I did find conversations related to both ME and fibro in the Invisible Impairments forum You'll also find posts on fibromyalgia in the Dealing with chronic pain thread
Perhaps you could take a look, maybe contribute something? It's a good way to make new friends who can relate to what you're going through.
