I was wondering if there was a company or organisation who could take me out even if it's just to  to my local town for a coffee.

    Keeping in mind that this is an open forum where others can see what we write, could you give me a rough indication of where you live? If there is an organisation of the kind you're looking for it is almost certainly going to be something local rather than national, and I think we have people here who could do some searching for you and who could talk to you off-line.
    It might be useful, too, if you could tell us a little more about yourself? Support might be age or disability related, for example.
