    Thanks for the welcome, I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, progressive scoliosis, asthma, CFS, small vessel ischemic disease and chronic shoulder in pigment. On the bright side, I have three sons, one soon to be husband and two cats.

    Hello Sam, it's the 1st of June. I'm freaking out! Only a small do but still hoping I'll cope OK and will try not to use my trusty stick. I've two very special bridesmaids who are running the show for me. I'm very lucky.
