Care plan disability expenditure

Hi guys .trying too get a small care plan sorted.feels so stressful .i filled in a fianaces form and git there descison ,which I think seems too much.some things I'd said Dident get put down .was just wondering what people had put for the essential expenditures please .thanks

    I get sea and standard p.i.p .will be having at least seven hours of care and that's not including any cleaning it's going too leave me struggling
