Hi Ann @ann33
and please try some of those links that @Sam_Scope sent you. You do sound stressed out and I wish there was more that we could do for you. Might it be worth your having a word with the Samaritans? You can call them free on 116 123 and it might just be that talking to another human being might help you.
Take care of yourself, dear lady,
Richard

Have you thought about looking into the nhs advocacy service?
Advocacy services help people – particularly the most vulnerable in society – to:
- access information and services
- be involved in decisions about their lives
- explore choices and options
- defend and promote their rights and responsibilities
- speak out about issues that matter to them
- make a complaint about the care that they or someone else has received
Local authorities fund advocacy services in their area. To find an advocacy service, contact your local council or check their website.
If you have a care co-ordinator from your local social services or healthcare team, they'll liaise with other agencies for you.
