I have been slowly sliding down a slippery slope, every year I feel slightly worse and it didn't help turning 50 last year!
I was discussing this with Mik Scarlett on Twitter and he also turned 50 last year, he mentioned that he has been doing yoga daily and that he had put his routine on YouTube.
So I decided to give it a go and 12 days in and I am so enjoying it!
It takes under six minutes to go through the routine whilst sat in my wheelchair and is so gentle that my body hasn't complained too much!
Here is his routine
