What direction do I go? Finding it hard to continue working - lots of walking around and standing.

I am a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour I'm finding it difficult continue to work and contains a lot of walking around are standing and find it very hard to to conti to to w I just need to know where to go and what to do please help
