If you are in receipt on Carers allowance can it go against you in the the PIP.

If the reasons you're claiming it contradict the reason for your PIP then yes they can. For example, if you're claiming for a physical disability and you're caring for someone that also has the same disability, it can go against you.

hate to trouble you but poppy do you know anything about going to tribunal after 9 months wait then I was upset / asked by judge if they could contact my doctor regarding mental health so feel no further forward will it b classed as a new tribunal thank you.0

Absolutely right Poppy. In fact there are recorded instances where the Presenting Officer (for the DWP) becomes aware that the PIP claimant is also claiming CA he/she will attempt to direct the appeal panel to consider refusing the appeal on those grounds.
