I did put a link to the advocate webpage on my last post and have just noticed that it has been removed. Why I don't know - it was a warning for others who may contact them and have the same issues.Victoriad said:I am sorry to hear of your experience @Yadnad
The advocates Ive had both times, were excellent and I could not manage without them, to overturn my MH sections on two separate occasions.
Bith were well prepared, took notes and visited me regularly in hospital in the run up to the tribunals and they were free.

I personally never saw the link...all I can say the service I used was called North East Advocacy Services who in my personal experience( twice over) were absolutely top notch and I did not have to pay a penny either for the advocate representation I received.
North East Advocacy Services have now replaced by an organisation called ,Circles.
