    hello all, well I was born with spina bifida, even though the docs said I wouldn't walk I did and managed to have a good career as a carer. heading into my thirties my pain started getting worse by my early forties I needed a stick. so spend every day in pain.

    when I lived in Plymouth I used to volunteer in the Devonport shop. where I was able to sit when needed

    I run my own business from home making mainly crochet items and have just started avon
