My ESA has been stopped

I had much similar in Feb 17. My esa was stopped afteraining 365 days due to contributon based. That was the first thing I new of the different types of esa. I had just sent in my fit for work note and all my new medical evidence as I have a degenerative desease of the spine and arthritis in all myour joints 2 have been replaced up to yet. The dwp confirmed I have 20 % disability in my spine as I recive a disembelament payments. I also recive pip. I told them all this to no avail before Feb 17 when my esa ran out. I was then sent for a reassessment to wich I scored 0 points at all as the assessor wrote everything to suit there side of the story ie very smart pleasant looked happy walked into the assessment room with me carrying large bag joke I had 4 picees of paper in envelope. Then when it came to the physical part of the assessment she said I didn't see you walk in with that stick to my amazement she wrote on the assessment I completed all movements she requested with ease wich is a total joke. I had a reassessment wich they agreed with the first one this came about as I was told by the esa to do nothing so they made their dession on the first assessment. I now have a independent court case on 7th July worder how they would feal loosing that payment for 18 months it has so much depression and anxiety to add to my titnus. I think they make it up to suit themselves. I have gp letter to confirm I'm not fit for work letters from my sycologist and joint specialist at hospitals yet they take more notice of a nurse. Sorry for my rant hope things go right for you quicker than they have for me.

The letter states that I didn't get the 15 points needed. I'm confused as my situation has worsened and the assessor wrote that I was clean and presentable. Am I meant to be dirty and unkempt and screaming in pain? 

Future appointments aren't classed as evidence and don't really mean anything.
