in Start here and say hello!
just discovered this forum ! I am 60 and have Fybromyalgia, COPD and PTSD among other things.
Its a full time job to keep the remaining health I have.
However the Fibro is definitely worsening and I have more bad days than good. I’m trying to keep a positive attitude but sometimes it’s hard.
Anyway - hello Everybody!  :):)
