Do I get enhanced mobility or not? I'm confused.

Hello this is my first post. I had my tribunal today, after a years wait i was successful. It was very daunting but the people were very kind and put me at ease. When I went back in they said you've been successful and have enhanced on both. However looking at my papers it says I have enhanced care with 14 points then it says I have enhanced mobility but it says I have 10 points. So I'm confused whether I have enhanced in the mobility component or not. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do?

Looks like you have enchanced care but standard moblity you need 12 pts for Enchanced.0

I know but the statement and what they said verbally contradict it so not sure how I proceed as I believe I deserve enhanced but I suppose DWP are going to pull them up on this straight away. Is this a mistake by the tribunal panel then? I was so happy to be told enhanced on both only to see that it's been pointed wrong.0

Reading your post it looks like enhanced care and standard mobility, I would quary it but the written word may be the final. Ring DWP and ask maybe they put wrong points down, keep us updated and keep posting.0

Thank you. I'm going to ring the tribunal people and see what they say. I don't know I thought great it's over and now it looks like there's going to be another turn. Would I have grounds to dispute the mobility rate if it's actually standard. After being told I have an enhanced rate and it saying so on my tribunal paper? How confusing lol this journey is never ending isn't it....0

I agree with the others it looks like it's standard mobility not Enhanced. The DWP will most likely query this and your back payment could be delayed. If it's right, The only way you can appeal this decision is if an error in law was made in making the decision. For this you'll first need to email the Tribunal and ask them to send you the statement of reasons. Then you'll need to find someone who specialises in finding that error in law. Not an easy thing to do. Good luck.0

Thank you yep I think they certainly will query it as they have grounds to regarding the points yet on the paper it says I am due a back payment at the enhanced mobility rate which is contradicting the points given. I just don't think I can be bothered to go and dispute the mistake and everything else. I'm so exhausted with it all. Thank you all for replying to me.0

They've told me to request a correction if I feel a mistake has been made and ask the judge to amend. Option e was selected which states I cannot undergo any journey due to psychological distress which wasn't the case as I was there at the tribunal itself and wasn't claiming for mental health issues but for epilepsy and RA.
My issue is I cannot attend any journey unsupervised due to the risk of seizures taking place and causing injury to myself and others.
In the tribunal, mobility wasn't really discussed as the judge said we aren't here to discuss mobility. We understand you can't go on journies and then when I went back in she stated you have enhanced on both components and were successful.
I don't know whether to request correction or not. Surely the judge knows the points you need so why say I have it when I don't.
It's just so stressful to think it was all over and to realise that there is another hurdle to overcome. I will let you know what happens.
