in Start here and say hello!
Hi there guys
Im a 48yr old female (but still 18 in the head)!! At the last count, I have 28 chronic health conditions of which some make my life pretty miserable at times and all are pretty much invisible to the average Joe, which can often be a battle in itself! But i have just completed a 7wk pain management course and i am feeling pretty good and positive about now, this week, next month and the future.

    Hi I have an appointment for the pain clinic coming up and I am glad you are feeling positive after completing yours at present I am pacing and planning and doing only half of what I think I can, it seems to be working. PMA! as the youth keep saying!
