They do allow 13 months yes, with good reasons. However i don't agree with paying for someone to help you through the process. So many people just don't have the money that these people charge. Disgusting charging vulnerable people, when there's people out there that will help you for free. I do wish you luck though!

I too used to think like that. But trying to find a free half decent rep that will do all of the work and rep at a Tribunal for you is almost impossible.poppy123456 said:They do allow 13 months yes, with good reasons. I have seen first hand what a legally qualified rep can do. They are amazing and you know that if you have a chance of an award then you are almost there at the winning post.
Even the figures speak for themselves. 71+% will win at a tribunal if they have a rep. Stats show that if you go it alone the 'win' rate plummets to under 50%.

Yes, so you keep saying multiple times. I still wouldn't pay for anyone to help me, that is a fact!Yadnad said:

And posters keep being told that they have a 71% chance of winning at a Tribunal which is only true if you have a rep.
In which case you are more qualified in dealing with the DWP and appeal system than I am and many others besides.

I'm no expert and never ever stated otherwise! I would just never ever pay anyone to represent me, don't believe in it and never have or will for that matter. I won't be arguing with you any further on this matter.
