I’ve had my letter this morning and I’m over the moon they’ve given me daily at standard rate and enchanced for mobility from 12-1-18

    I’ve won my appeal in August how long do they take to pay the dwp anyone know & would they appeal against it

    It can take 6-8 weeks for backdated payments to be paid. For them to appeal they have to find an error in law and first they have to ask for the statement of reasons, they have 28 days to request this.
