My shaky life

Hi guys, as some of you may already know, I have a condition called spinocerebellar ataxia type 11 (catchy name I know!) and for the last couple of years I have been doing everything I can to raise awareness for this condition and disability in general.
I have written two books, one on the subject of cookery and how I do it (The shaky cookbook) and the other about fitness and how I use it to try and help my condition (the ataxia workout) both are available on amazon .
Recently I have started a website and blog (www.myshakylife.com) and i'm trying to make a sort of lifestyle website for disabled people as well as writing about how my disability affects me, if this sounds interesting to you then why not have a look?
