My son has just gone through his assessment from DLA to PiP. His decision has come through and all his benefits have been taken away. We have received a copy of his medical assessment and have lodged an appeal. I am looking for help on how to format our formal appeal letter

Hi @KarenTodd and a warm welcome to the community! I am sorry to hear that the benefits have been taken away and I wish you the very best of luck with your appeal! Many of the community members have been through this process and I hope they will be able to provide their support and guidance. You may also find information on the Scope website helpful. Please do let us know how you get on and let me know if there is anything else that I can do
