    Hi,
    If it's a copy of your PIP award you need then you should ring PIP/DWP to ask them to send you a copy.

    Hi @Shezzy78 can you explain a little more what you need? Do you already claim PIP and want a copy of your award or are you trying to gather documents to support your PIP claim?
