    There's no timescales, unfortunately.

    I think mine took four weeks but volumes are larger now.

    I think depend on the area though am in north w usually quicker I hope been wk now

    It normally takes between two to eight weeks for a decision to be made regarding a mandatory reconsideration – provided that the reconsideration request is logged on their system.
