Hi. I suffer from GAD and clinical depression as well as damage with balance and spatial awareness difficulties caused by brain injury. My disabilities are invisible until I fall over get completely lost have a melt down panic attack or just start crying. I've self harmed I've attempted suicide but I'm in a not giving up phase. Invisible disability. I never tell anyone i dont have to. But if you have a mental illness most people still think youre at best unreliable and at worse dangerous. Discuss?

Hi @adanaya
Welcome to the community! Sorry for what you have been through, you might like to check out the discussions in Mental Health. I've had Depression and Anxiety for 10 years and I've learnt anyone can be unreliable or dangerous either with or without mental health issues.0 -
Hi @adanaya and welcome to the community, thank you for sharing this with us all. Living with an invisible disability can be extremely challenging. We have an invisible impairments and mental health issues board that you may find helpful to look through/ contribute. If you ever feel really low then Samaritans can be contacted 24/ 7. Please do let me know if there is anything that I can do to help
