Any advice on waiting time for pip appeal
The utt judge and secretary of state both agreed that there was errors in law so he has sent it back to a new ftt so how long will I wait for this I put my claim in last July 2017

I think it is different depending where you live but I waited 11 months for my Appeal. Hope this helps.1
