Have you tried MeetUp? You can search for groups via location and interest. Do you have a local library, community centre or GP? Sometimes they advertise groups in your area too.
You could also contact the Milton Keynes Centre for Integrated Living, they can provide information and advice on a wide range of disability issues including:- mobility

- leisure activities
- holidays
- social care
