Tribunal question

My partner won is tribunal on the 8 weeks ago we rang up there said its gone to dision  maker how can that be when he won and it's more then 28 days

    HI,

    Have the DWP asked the Tribunal for the statement of reasons? They have the same chance we do to appeal the decision but to do this they must find an error in law. I'd ring them back and ask if they've asked for the Statement of reasons, this maybe what the delay is. Good luck.

    If DWP. have asked judge for a statement of reasons this can take a while. Phone tribunal clerk and ask if SOR has been done yet.
