Hello all,
Last week I won my PIP appeal after 9 months. I can only wish everyone else on here in the same boat a good outcome too! Roughly what is the wait for payments including back payments please?
Thank you.

Hi,Great news! It can be anything from 6-8 weeks. DWP have the same chance that we do to appeal the decision and they have 28 days from the decision date to request the statement of reasons. From this they must then find an error in law. It's rare but it can happen.1
