In 2016 I caught a spinal bacterial virus that ate away the lining between the discs in my spine so I now have bone rubbing on bone. I was hospitalised for just over a month but specialists could not find out how I caught it. Am now on concotion of tablets and unable to walk unaided and use a wheelchair. My husband is my full time carer. ?0

Do you know what the infection was called? Sorry it's just I've been hospitalised since March and have been learning to walk again, but I've not met anyone else who has experienced this. I have Transverse Myelitis0
