Just failed my MR I'm so upset. I really don't know what I am going to do for money now I have a family to provide for. Any advice welcomed x

    Is it advice as to what to do next with your PIP claim or advice as to where you could get help owing to lack of money?

    I'm sorry to hear about your unsuccessful mandatory reconsideration. It sounds like a really tough time for you.

    Have you considered appealing to a tribunal? We have lots of information about tribunals and appealing a DWP benefits decision on our website which you might find useful.

    So sorry to hear this @nessa1973
     the latest official figures show 71% of PIP decisions were overturned when appealed against at tribunal so it may be worth you looking into further appeal.

    Please get some advice from cab or welfare rights as there are further stages you can go through.
