White tip fingers and the DWP

Hi have white tip fingers I put a clame in to dap 2017 and was told I was just 5% so was dined so my have have got worse so I put a claim in this year 21/09/2018 and was told the same 5% so I am waiting on a mandatory discussion any help please

Are you on about Industrial Injuries?
If so there will be a prescribed percentage for white finger, as set by DWP.
As you have been assessed at 5%, no benefit will be paid.
Are you an ex-miner? You should have received an award from a class action, taken several years ago.2 -
No I was in the construction industry1

I put in for mandatory decision 2 weeks ago . To day I got a tex message saying there looking in to it again. and they will give me a decision in 4 weeks.1
