Hi the last one is kidney disease all this confuses me with my diet. Can you simplify it for me please as it brings on my anxiety and depression.
also have arthritis in my knees and sleep apnea
im a mess ?

    Hi Gaynor sorry to hear that you are feeling rubbish, anyone with all these conditions definitely would though, are you asking if your health could be improved with diet?? I would say yes if that's your question
