  Have you heard of the Association of Disabled Professionals? They have some resources and information for disabled entrepreneurs and mention a Disabled Entrepreneurs Network which might be of interest.

  If you need just the business owners then you can easily connect with them thru LinkedIn groups (Facebook isn't all...). You can find furthermore like e.g.: UK Disabled Professionals Group or directly the people.
