Can I claim PIP?

I have depression and anxiety I also have aquagenic purists and have a granulating necrotising event with my nasal septum and turbinates I have been in and out of hospital and had many operations one of which has left me with nearve and muscle damage and an inflamed nearve in my right hand that limits with the use of it due to a canular being fitted wrong I am receiving employment support allowance and have been told I could claim something called PIP can anybody give me any advice regarding this please
