I have just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Desease

I am new to this as I have just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Desease I think I am in stage one going on to two . I find it hard to accept but keeping my feelings to my self.Any one here I can talk to who is in a similar dilemma.
