Hi @ashley123, and a warm welcome to the community!
Truly sorry to hear about your PIP experience, it must have been really frustrating to hear that outcome. Will you be appealing the decision? If so, do let us know if we can be of any assistance, and we'll advise where we can.0 -
@ashley123, i feel your pain, i suffer hemipilegic migraines. Pip is more about how your condition affects your daily life rather than the condition itself, however you do sound as though it is affecting your day to day life with being in pain. will you be appealing the decision? i hope you do. Best of luck, Laura x0

Ashley you need to go to Tribunal with this and appeal,I went for my PIP and even though I’m Partially Sighted and Partially Paralysed the Assessor said I was fine and had NO sight issues,I went to Tribunal and they said my Assessment was ridiculous and they upgraded my Standard to Enhanced Mobility and Care do you need to go to Tribunal but get help with the Process (Cab or Welfare Rights) and get the job done by professional people who know this procedure and you will get the proper help you need and keep your head up ??0

Why would they do that?
Personally I have never heard of this before. Did you check out your eligibility before you made a claim, did you get help (if you are lucky) with the claim form, Did you provide evidence to support what the impact is on your life (not medical reports etc)?
