Looking for respite centre in South Wales

I'm looking for a disabled respite centre with , care provided. Does anybody know of any available ? I've looked endlessly online but, can't find any suitable places.

I live in South Wales and, those places would be so out of my travel range. Do you know of anything's closer ?
