Hi @cooper1981

Hi,Some areas have backlogs of about 1 year maybe more, so yes unfortunately that sounds about right.0

Hi @cooper1981, it’s the same for me, 30+ weeks however I recently found out that due to my condition worsening since my first claim I can put in a new claim. Not sure if that is an option for you?0

Before you start a new claim please get some expert advice. Any decision made on a new claim will overrule a Tribunal decision. A worsening of condition doesn't mean you'll qualify and go onto have a successful award. If you were previously refused and are waiting a Tribunal for a refusal, starting another claim is not the answer. Re-applying using the same evidence you previously used could see another refusal.DavidJohn1984 said:Hi @cooper1981, it’s the same for me, 30+ weeks however I recently found out that due to my condition worsening since my first claim I can put in a new claim.
