Received a capability for work form

Hi, I’ve receuved a letter in the last week from the dwp, asking to review my Esa which I have been on for some years now. They’ve sent me quite a barge form to fill in and get it back to them within a 4 week time frame, discussing my capability for work. Does anyone have any guidance on filling these out as it’s filling me with dread and im not linked to any professionals that can help me with it. I’ve been off for some years on Esa, since my divorce, with severe depression and anxiety and trying to manage my alcohol sobriety in the community. I don’t know what it is they are looking for in the form? ??

Hi,

They are looking to see how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of work. When filling out the form you need to put as much information as possible about how your conditions affect you. You also need to send evidence with the form because they rarely contact anyone for this. Here's a guide that may help you.
