Hi everyone.
After a long wait I have my work assessment on Friday.
I am so scared , not sleeping properly itsi on my mind all the time.
If I am found fit for work I don't know how I'm going to cope. My GP has given me sick notes but they say they will not be accepted if I am found fit. I'm petrified, any advice will be so appreciated . Thank you.

Hi,During the assessment you'll be asked questions about how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of work. Evidence should have already been sent stating how your conditions affect you. You can take someone with you to the assessment but you'll have to answer all the questions. Good luck.

If the worst does happen then your first step will be a Mandatory Reconsideration. I know how scary these assessments are, i had a work capability assessment myself just a few weeks ago.Do you have someone that can go with you?0

Yes my sister. It's just the thought of the pressure to find work while I appeal, if it comes to that, I don't think I could cope.0
