Hello everyone ,
Just a quick question, in the process of writing my MR appeal, is it best to base everything on the DM decision letter, or the assessor report.
The assessor report is very truthful, honest and informative with lots of information. Whereas, the DM report has two paragraphs, stating why he refused 1 to 10, daily living, like he has copy and pasted response answers etc, thus being the part am appealing, is it best to use both reports and PIp form,

Hi,I wouldn't base it on any of that. What you need to do is look at the PIP descriptors to see where you think you should have scored those points and why. Then give 2-3 examples of what happened the last time you did that activity.
