Hi, my name is thenunn!

Hi all,my ailment is chronic nerve pain caused by lumber stenosis ,slipped vertebrae all brought in by a fall. I was a very active person but have had to adjust a lot over the years ,took a few years to accept the changes but now I've learnt to adjust to what it throws up ,I know there are others far worse off ,so I count my blessings. 
Widowed ,2 son's ,one grandchild ..love poetry,music,being out in the country .
